License & Copyright Agreement

1. Ownership of Work
All photographs, video footage, and edited deliverables created by the Creator remain the intellectual property of the Creator until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the final delivered work for commercial or personal purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Usage Rights Granted to Client
Once payment is completed, the Client may:

• Use the content for marketing, advertising, social media, websites, and promotional materials

• Edit, crop, or adapt the deliverables as needed

• Distribute the content across platforms without limitation

3. Creator Rights (Portfolio & Promotion)
The Creator retains the right to:

• Use the work for portfolio, website, social media, and self-promotion

• Display the work in competitions, exhibitions, or publications

If the Client requires confidentiality or non-disclosure, this must be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.

4. Raw Files & Project Files
Unless explicitly agreed upon:

• Raw footage, RAW images, and project files (e.g., Premiere, DaVinci, PSD) are not included in the final delivery

• These files remain the property of the Creator

5. Restrictions
The Client may not:

• Claim authorship of the work as their own creation

• Resell or sublicense the content as standalone assets (e.g., stock media) without written permission

6. Credit (Optional but Appreciated)
Credit to the Creator (e.g., name or handle) is appreciated but not required unless specified in a separate agreement.

7. Payment & License Activation
Usage rights are granted only after full payment has been received.
Any use of content prior to payment is considered unauthorized.

8. Modifications to Agreement
This agreement serves as a general license. Project-specific contracts or written agreements will override this document where applicable.

By engaging in services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
